I have been strength training for some time but my biggest gains have come over the last year training with MOM. It has helped me push out of that comfort zone and as a result feel far more confident both physically and mentally.

Since training with MOM I have greatly increased my strength and muscle-mass whilst reducing my body fat percentage (pretty much the perfect scenario!!) More so, it has increased my confidence and increased my energy levels.

MOM specialises in different types of coaching but shines in strength training (Squat, bench and deadlift) Since starting my knowledge base has increased vastly and have improved my adherence in my long term goals!

I feel mentally and emotionally far better and am far more consistent with training and diet. More so I have gained confidence in everyday life look at the world differently these days. I highly recommend it!!

MOM has helped me to make time for exercise around my busy work schedule. Over the space of 6 months,I have been able to make some massive lifestyle change and allowed me to become more focused on my health. The accountability and encouragement has kept me motivated and disciplined and as a result my compound lifts have all increased (adding 55kg overall) whilst still losing body fat in the process.

Working with MOM has given me the motivation I needed to push past the habits that were holding me back. I've lost weight, gained strength and become happier through the work we've done.

I have trained with MOM for 3yrs and although my goals have changed, I have always been guided down the right path to achieve results that make me feel content and satisfied - I feel valued and heard as a client. I have hit numerous personal bests in the compound lifts and have competed in two competitions and am currently preparing for a third.

I have been training with MOM for 2yrs. Initally this was via online coaching but soon moved over to 1-1 coaching

 Initially weight loss was my primary goal but soon transitioned over to more strength based activity. These days I feel a far more confident in my own abilities and have even competed in 2 powerlifting competitions.

MOM makes me accountable and assists with both my physical health and strength and ultimately this is a tonic for my mental health.
