1-1 Block Bookings

10 week bronze, silver, gold and platinum block bookings available with plenty of additional extras to ensure you get the most out of your training and hit your goals!

Bodystats

Establish a base point, monitor progress and have definitive proof that your hard work is paying off. We measure you across major body parts, assess body fat levels, check form on fundamental exercises and assess fitness levels across the board (all optional)

Diet advice/programming

Advice is on-hand regardless of the block chosen. Some larger blocks may include a more personalised plan (if you want to optimise results a personalised diet programme is necessary)

Personalised programming

Exercise selection is based on your current and long term goals whilst taking into consideration lifestyle factors. Training should always have a reason why!

Online Coaching

Our online coaching program offers the convenience of virtual training combined with 20yrs experience. You'll receive customised workout plans, ongoing support, and the opportunity for monthly body stat analysis to gauge your progress accurately. Additionally, the included 1-2-1 session each month ensures individual attention and guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals effectively.

4 Weeks Online

  • Personalised online coaching for the month.

  • X1 Bodystat analysis to track progress.

  • X1 1-1 session for individualised guidance and support.

8 Weeks Online

  • Extended 8 weeks of tailored online coaching.

  • X2 Bodystat analysis to track progress.

12 Weeks Online

  • Comprehensive 12 week online coaching programme.

  • X3 Bodystat analysis to track progress.

  • X3 1-1 session for individualised guidance and support.

Programming Add-on

  • Any additional coaching outside 1-1 sessions can be negotiated for a set fee.

Friends and Family Discount

  • Those who have had a combine total of 30 sessions or more can access discounted rates as a thank you for your continued service and investment.
